The Australian-born Catholic priest, now based in New Jersey, has condensed his wisdom from 40-odd years of counselling engaged couples into one manual of advice—Whom Not to Marry.


He has conducted premarital counselling and presided over more than 200 weddings.

He also lectures high school girls on the pitfalls of marrying the wrong guy.
And he likes to catch wo men young, because once they have fallen in love they will be less likely to absorb his sensible and often unromantic advice.

He believes there are no soulmates, only lovers to whom we commit.

Connor's central thesis is that you can be deeply in love with someone to whom you can't be successfully married.

He advises a year-long engagement to examine fully the values and character of your future spouse.

Asian latest fashion: Going Braless

The trend of going braless; a rising fashion being exercised more and more frequently in our constantly evolving society.
First, bra wearing is a choice, not a law. You do not have to wear one if you don't feel the need. Many women wear bras an unhealthy 24 hours a day, never allowing their breasts to have natural freedom. And even more women wear bras that fit poorly and leave marks and indents on their skin. This is particularly bad for blood and lymphatic system flow.
Indeed its a norm to walk around bra-less if you're from Europe or America but now the Asian is fast catching on the trend of going braless.

A woman wears a bra for essentially three reasons:

Support
Modesty
An item of clothing that fascinates a man

So when you decide to go without a bra, you are deciding not to have the support that you almost always need and may come across as someone who is not so concerned about modesty.
Be conscious of the fact that you will attract a little more attention when you dress braless. So be prepared to respond accordingly. Men often tend to comment more boldly when they see a woman dressed like that.

Going braless can be classy, tasteful, and elegant.

Dog eating is dying out in many other Asian countries: e.g. Taiwan, which today has very stringent laws against it and has just raised the fine levied on anyone charged with it. Hong Kong and Singapore (previously both were British colonies) outlawed it in the 1950's - but, in Hong Kong it was still going on in the rural areas in the 80's and early 90's - today it is virtually non-existent, and most Hong Kong Chinese are disgusted by it.
Korea is still a big problem, but there are wonderful local groups speaking out on behalf of the dogs.



Vietnam is a major dog-eating place, though traditionally (for what it’s worth) they do not torture the dog to death.
In addition, the Philippines has outlawed dog eating except for some tribal holidays - yes, it still goes on.....but its moving in the right direction.....I also would like to say that the push to stop dog eating in these Asian countries is driven by Asians, who feel exactly the same way about it as we do!



However, it's obviously something that is growing in China, it's very hard to know the exact number of dogs eaten, but it definitely must be in the many millions a year - maybe more. Still small if you consider that it is estimated that 556 million pigs are slaughtered every year in China.





The truth is many people in Vietnam eat dogs and cats and many people enjoy this food. Why do people choose to insult them? Many people in other countries, eat cows, pigs and chickens...... This is a fact.
Now there is huge issues relating to cruel treatment of livestock in some countries. Vietnam still has much to do in this area, and not just for the animals. If people learn more about the care of animals, improving their health, and living conditions. They will in turn generate more income from livestock and be able to invest in things such as the health and education of their own families.

I've been playing this game for more than 3 years. Some say it's addicting. I say it's bullshit. Although it's fun at first, when you get the idea it starts to get boring and frustrating. But why have I been playing it all these years? Because my friends are still playing it. The only one thing that keeps the game alive and draw my attention is its community.
